Android Charts: Material Design Styles For Core

Dependencies

To use charts core library with Material Design styles in an Android project, include the following dependency:

Styles

All styles should work equally fine with both light and dark themes. Colors are determined based on theme attributes: colorOnSurface, colorOnPrimarySurface.

Label Outside Chart Area (Text On Surface)

Style: AndroidCharts.Material.TextAppearance.Label.Outside

Base: TextAppearance.MaterialComponents.Caption (Sans-Serif, 12sp)

Label Inside Chart Area (Text On Primary Surface)

Style: AndroidCharts.Material.TextAppearance.Label.Inside

Base: TextAppearance.MaterialComponents.Caption (Sans-Serif, 12sp)
